Job Overview
Part‑time Band 3 Physiotherapy Support Worker to join the inpatient physiotherapy team at Ysbyty Aneurin Bevan in Ebbw Vale.
The role requires a strong team player with excellent communication skills, effective time‑management and the ability to prioritise.
Main Duties of the Job
The post is predominantly clinical. Under the delegation of physiotherapists you will:
* Support patients' rehabilitation journey and manage your own delegated caseload of exercise plans.
* Assist with audits, basic administration, housekeeping duties, stock‑taking and computer‑based ordering of walking aids.
* Participate in staff development, completing the Agored Level 3 Diploma in Physiotherapy Support to manage your caseload under supervision.
* Engage in annual appraisal and reviews as per the Knowledge and Skills Framework.
Proficiency in Welsh is desirable. Welsh or English speakers are equally welcome.
