About the role
Harden Country Club is seeking a Bartender to join our team. In this casual position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating delicious cocktails and beverages for our members and guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail.
What you'll be doing
* Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to club members and guests
* Ensuring all bar equipment and glassware are clean and well-maintained
* Maintaining accurate records of inventory, sales, and cash handling
* Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience
* Collaborating with the food and beverage team to deliver seamless service
* Adhering to all applicable liquor licensing laws and safety regulations
* Ensuring the club is clean and presentable for patrons
* Assisting in setting up functions
* Assisting in cafe when necessary
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Experience not necessary, always happy to teach and mentor new staff.
* Thorough knowledge of liquors, mixers, and cocktail recipes
* Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
* Current Responsible Certificate of Gambling (RCG) - Not required but preferred.
