About The Role:

* Prepare and quality-assure correspondence and documentation.
* Organise travel arrangements and supporting documentation.
* Develop systems and procedures to enhance workflow efficiency.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on branch matters.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies.
* Support branch administrative tasks, including leave registers and property management.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in a receptionist or executive assistant role.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and maintain attention to detail.
* Proficiency in managing diaries, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
* Demonstrated ability to build productive working relationships.
Qualifications:
* Relevant experience in administrative or executive support roles.
