Job Description
Manage and oversee the introduction of new products into manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimise workflows.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to improve efficiency.
Monitor production timelines and budgets for new product initiatives.
Lead and mentor a team to achieve operational excellence.
Coordinate with stakeholders to address technical challenges effectively.
Prepare reports and updates for senior management on project progress.
The Successful Applicant
A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
Proven expertise in new product introduction within a manufacturing setting.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
Familiarity with compliance and safety standards in manufacturing.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
