Bakers Delight is seeking a Qualified Baker to join our team in the Mandurah & Peel WA region. This full-time role will see you using your expert baking skills to create fresh, high-quality breads and pastries that delight our customers every day.
What you'll be doing
* Preparing a variety of breads, rolls, pastries and other bakery items according to recipes and company standards
* Ensuring all baked goods meet quality, freshness and presentation requirements
* Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
* Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries
* Working collaboratively with the wider bakery team
What we\'re looking for
* Formal qualifications as a baker
* Extensive experience in a commercial bakery environment
* Minimum 3 years of commercial baking experience
* Exceptional baking skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards of quality and presentation
* Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Flexible and adaptable, able to work a variety of shifts including early mornings
* Must be available for mandatory 4am start times, earlier during peak times
