Working closely with Supervisors and Project Managers, you'll lead site crews while remaining actively involved in project delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring teams, taking ownership of smaller projects and delivering high-quality remedial construction outcomes. Projects are primarily located throughout Perth, Bunbury and Geraldton, with opportunities to travel to regional and interstate locations as project requirements dictate. What You'll Be Doing Lead and mentor site crews across remedial construction projects Coordinate labour, plant, equipment, materials and subcontractors Deliver projects safely, efficiently and to specification Maintain quality, safety and environmental compliance standards Liaise with clients, engineers and project stakeholders Support project planning, delivery and productivity outcomes What You'll Bring Proven experience within remedial construction Strong knowledge of concrete repair, strengthening and coatings systems Experience leading small to medium-sized site crews Ability to run smaller projects with minimal supervision Strong communication and relationship-building skills Commitment to safety, quality and team performance Current Driver's Licence and White Card Highly Regarded First Aid Certificate Forklift Licence MSIC Card Coxswain qualification or marine industry experience Trade background in carpentry, formwork or steel fixing About MCM MCM is a specialist engineering rehabilitation contractor with over 30 years' experience delivering marine, bridge and infrastructure remediation projects across Australia.
