Job Opportunity for Training and Compliance Professional
RTO seeks a skilled professional to lead the delivery of training and assessment services.
* Lead the development and delivery of sustainable training programs that provide real benefits to students.
* Work with clients and industry bodies to deliver high-quality results.
* Coordinate the delivery of internal and external training for the business.
* Develop workplace SMEs and assessors to deliver quality training/assessment in accordance with accepted industry standards.
* Liaise with relevant training enterprises to ensure best results are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop the Academy to include non-accredited courses.
* Reporting - providing advice and recommendations to senior management and industry bodies.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience working in a similar role.
* Minimum 2 years' experience within a training and compliance role.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications including a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (preferred).
* Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking to critically appraise and oversee the maintenance and ongoing improvement of quality management systems.
* Solutions-focused with proven ability to adapt approach to changing needs or priorities.
* Organized with outcome and deadline-oriented mindset.
* Effective communication and consultation skills.
* Well-honed customer/client relationship skills.

Contract Details:
* Part-time, subcontract, casual, freelance, temp to perm.
* Contract length: 3 months.
* Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour.
Additional Information:

* Supplemental pay types: commission, performance bonus.
* Ability to commute/relocate: Port Kembla, NSW.
* Education: Advanced Diploma / Associate Degree (preferred).
* Work Authorisation: Australia required.
