Job Description
As a lead educator, you will be part of a highly competent and supportive team. Your role will involve improving student learning outcomes, demonstrating exceptional instructional skills, and actively contributing to academic improvement initiatives.
1. Improving student learning outcomes
2. Demonstrating exceptional teaching as described by the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers
3. Receiving feedback on your instruction and implementing changes
4. Effectively planning for, collecting and analysing educational data, then devising appropriate strategies and interventions to improve student outcomes
Requirements:
