Excellent Client Service Expert
This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional service to older clientele and help them manage their hearing health in a diverse client-facing role.
The primary objective of this role is to welcome clients, manage their experience for optimal outcomes, schedule and confirm appointments, and provide administrative support to our clinicians.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles, possess excellent communication and active listening skills, demonstrate resilience and self-motivation, and possess plenty of energy.
