**strong leader** with at least 2 years experience managing group homes.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Support and Mentor each group homes Team Leader/Coordinator
- Develop and Maintain Key Stakeholder relationships
- Drive the work place culture
- Oversee the implementation of individual client plans
- Ensure the best possible care is in place - through relevant resources
- Provide team development to support workers
**About you**:
To be successful for this role you will have significant experience within the aged care industry, managing clinical and care staff. You will have a commitment to the philosophy of person-centred care and have contemporary business and people leadership experience.
In addition to this you will have;
- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing.
- Experience managing a diverse workforce and leading a team.
- An open, consultative style and sensitivity to complex organisational dynamics.
- Experience managing through effective change management.
- A current Queensland driver's license.
- Able to maintain a National Police check for Vulnerable Individuals.
- Current flu and COVID vaccinations.
