ABOUT THE ROLE
The main goal of this position is to increase sales opportunities in the New and Used Car divisions and the Aftersales division of some of our iconic automotive brands including McLaren and retain customer loyalty in accordance with the business plan and requirements of the manufacturer.
Reporting to the General Managers and in matrix with the Group Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will administer marketing and events and create/ execute an unforgettable customer experience whilst also working closely with the Group Marketing Manager and other team members on Zagame Group Marketing activities.
Key responsibilities for this fast-paced role include:
* CRM – Operate all CRM and marketing communications through Dealer Socket to ensure "one source of truth" for customer and prospect data across the Zagame Automotive Group as well as ensuring full compliance to the OEM CRM System's.
* Develop results focused communications campaigns across multiple mediums in accordance with brand guidelines.
* Event Management –Creating unforgettable customer experiences from prospecting through to deliveries, along with executing customer contact plans to create engagement throughout the buyer's journey and encourage repeat buyers.
* Hands-on approach to deliver premium events from start to finish (I.e., drive days, track days, VIP dinners, new car launches & affinity partnered events.)
* Create opportunities to increase sales in the new and used car division by growing the 'new to brand' prospects and increasing engagement with inactive and ex customers.
* Build and implement social digital strategies across all platforms. You will be key to the day-to-day execution of content creation and implementation ensuring rollout, delivery of content plans and reporting.
* Budget administration, reporting & management – ensuring all marketing events and activities are implemented with strict adherence to, and completed within budget and measured through agreed Zagame & OEM KPI's.
* Support the General Manager to build and deliver marketing campaigns and events to the highest possible standard, ensuring deadlines and budgetary procedures are strictly adhered to.
* Contribute to the overall Zagame Automotive Group marketing team, including occasional work across other group brands as required.
ABOUT YOU
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing or event coordination is essential, as is a degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a similar discipline.
* Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills, competence with Microsoft Office, and an understanding of digital marketing will also help secure this exciting role.
* After hours and weekend work will be required so a flexible approach is required. Must hold a current Australian driver licence to fulfil the requirements of this role.
