Production Management Position

* Manage the production schedule, assign sub-assembly work orders, and monitor component availability.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure effective use of resources, evaluate production efficiency, and conduct weekly 'Toolbox' meetings with staff.
* Provide ongoing support and guidance to the team, ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and industrial standards.
* Develop and implement quality control methods across production, consulting with management on employee infringements and disciplinary actions.
* Keep a timetable and task tracking system accessible to all staff, coordinating workflow planning to meet project timelines and DIFOT targets.
