Job Title: Senior Asset Management Advisor
Are you a highly skilled professional with expertise in asset management and facilities services procurement? Do you have experience managing business processes, organisational structures, and asset management and FM services delivery in public and private sectors?
This role requires a senior-level professional to contribute to the continued growth and success of our company by delivering comprehensive property consultancy services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Processes and Development: Manage business processes, organisational structures, and asset management and FM services delivery in public and private sectors.
* Implementation of Standards: Work with international standards like ISO55000 or ISO41000.
* Client Engagements: Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring project outcomes within time and budget constraints.
* Procurement Process: Manage asset management and FM services procurement, including specifications, KPIs, payment mechanisms, evaluation, and contract negotiation.
* System Management: Deliver project outcomes using FM or asset management systems.
* Communication and Analysis: Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills and analytical abilities.
* Software Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Access, and Project).
Qualifications and Skills:
* Education: Tertiary qualification in Business, Building, Asset Management, or Facilities Management.
* Experience: Minimum 10 years commercial experience in asset management and FM services procurement processes.
* Accreditation: Accreditation with industry bodies like FMA, IFMA, IAM, IPWEA, RICS, or AIQS.
* Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Access, and Project).
* Communication: High-level verbal and written communication skills.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities.
* Autonomy and Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously or within a team.
* Team Player: Strong organisational skills and ability to work collaboratively.
* Time Management: Proven ability to manage deadlines and work on multiple projects.
