Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
* Qualified Joinery is highly regarded.
* High communication skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
* High attention to detail
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Project Handover to the production team
* Attend the site to view the progress and quality of projects
* Push all site measures to keep within the timeframe
* Prioritise and schedule the project, keeping the timeframe/lead time items in mind
* Work with other Project Manager(s) to schedule production of all live projects
* Work with CAD to drive and coordinate RFI's, push for decisions/construction methods, etc.
* Oversee the letting of all trades, the purchasing of materials
* Monitor production with Foreman
* Oversee budget vs actual shop and site hours
* Exit plans on all projects for closing out projects and defects
