* Provide expert HR guidance in supporting leaders on conduct, performance, and other complex case matters.
* Manage Fair Work Australia applications, including advocacy, and confidently navigate through HR industrial tools to make informed decisions and provide resolutions for stakeholders.
* Mentor and develop HR advisors within the team.
