About You
Proven experience in a field-based sales role, with the ability to build relationships, manage a territory, and drive growth
Ideal experience (pool, trade, technical, or construction-related)
Self-motivated, commercially driven, and relationship-focused
Comfortable working autonomously across a territory
Reporting Line: Direct report to National Sales Manager (QLD)
