The Role:
As our Head of Culture & Capability, you’ll be at the heart of our transformation. This strategic leadership role drives the implementation of our People Strategic Blueprint, shaping the culture, capability, and leadership across TasWater.
You’ll lead a talented team and work closely with senior leaders to embed our values, elevate leadership effectiveness, and build a thriving, inclusive workplace. * Championing cultural transformation and embedding our values into every stage of the employee experience.
* Support strategic workforce planning initiatives to ensure future workforce capability, critical roles and talent pipelines are aligned to TasWater’s strategic priorities.
* Designing and delivering leadership development programs that build capability and drive behavioural change.
* Driving diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives and our Aboriginal commitment program.
* Overseeing a holistic learning and development strategy that supports technical, leadership, and soft skills growth.
* Partnering with leaders to ensure change initiatives are embraced and embedded across the organisation.
