Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, conduct, and evaluate a varied Lifestyle and Wellbeing programs to cater for the individual needs of consumers in accordance with the Aged Care Standards and policies and procedures.
* Liaise with the team to assess and evaluate Resident needs and program goals.
* Provide a varied lifestyle and wellbeing program that helps to maintain and promote the physical, mental, social, spiritual, creative, and psychological wellbeing of consumers.
* Develop opportunities for consumers to participate in activities that promote personal fulfillment and enhance their decision-making skills.
About You:
* Certificate IV in Leisure and Health is required.
* A current First Aid Certificate is necessary.
* You must have proven ability to deliver person-centred care that respects the dignity and worth of the individual.
* You should be able to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team.
