Oracle Cloud Solutions Director
About the Role
* Lead solution architecture and pre-sales: Define compelling Oracle Cloud (OCI) solutions, shape proposals and RFP responses, and work closely with clients to translate business objectives into scalable cloud architectures.
* Oversee end-to-end delivery: Manage complex Oracle Cloud programs from strategy and design through to implementation, migration, optimization, and ongoing advisory.
* Be the technical authority: Act as the subject-matter expert in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle SaaS (ERP/EPM/HCM), and related cloud-native services - guiding teams, assuring solution integrity, and ensuring best practice delivery.
* Drive client relationships and growth: Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, identify new opportunities, and partner with account teams to expand the Oracle Cloud footprint.
* Shape the practice: Mentor delivery teams, influence methodology, and help strengthen the firm's Oracle Cloud capability, propositions, and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
* Extensive experience leading large-scale Oracle Cloud/OCI programs within enterprise environments.
* Strong background in solution architecture, pre-sales, and shaping high-value cloud transformation deals.
* Proven ability to deliver complex Oracle SaaS, PaaS, and OCI-based engagements in a professional services or consulting setting.
* Deep understanding of cloud architecture, security, integration, migration, and multi-cloud patterns.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the credibility to advise C-Suite and senior technology leaders.
* Leadership experience overseeing technical teams and driving best-practice delivery.
