* Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering professional growth to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Requirement Management: Oversee the elicitation, documentation, and analysis of complex business, functional, and technical requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business and technical stakeholders.
* Process Modelling & Improvement: Create process models, flowcharts, and diagrams to represent business workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, software development teams, and other project contributors, facilitating effective communication and ensuring mutual understanding of project objectives and requirements.
* Solution Designing: Collaborate with technical teams and product owners to ensure that software solutions meet business needs and are aligned with the overall architecture and technology strategy. Should have strong expertise on solution designing for Content Management Systems
* Project Management: Manage projects through all phases, from inception to delivery, ensuring effective resource planning, budget management, and roadmap formulation. Make business-focused Go/No-Go production decisions and offer support to teams across different locations.
* SDLC Oversight: Ensure that business analysis processes align with the full software development lifecycle, supporting projects from conception through deployment, including requirement gathering, design, testing, and implementation.
