About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our internal IT function. This role reports directly to the CIO and is accountable for the performance and development of our infrastructure, cloud platforms, networks, cybersecurity, telephony, and end-user computing across the organization.
* Lead a skilled team of service analysts and technical specialists to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable systems that underpin our business operations.
* Take ownership of service delivery, cost optimization, vendor performance, and technology innovation, ensuring IT remains a trusted enabler of business success.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the internal IT function across infrastructure, cloud, network, cybersecurity, telephony, and end-user computing.
* Drive responsiveness, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement through the Service Desk.
* Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to ensure value, compliance, and operational excellence.
* Deliver secure, scalable, and resilient IT environments aligned to business strategy and growth.
* Champion innovation and modern technology adoption to enhance business capability.
* Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks, including the Essential Eight and Zero Trust principles.
* Contribute to IT strategy, roadmap development, and business continuity planning.
* Provide expert advice to senior leadership on technology risk, investment, and architectural direction.
