We are seeking a talented Commercial Analyst/Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team on a 6‐12 month fixed‐term contract. This diverse, business‐facing role offers the opportunity to engage with not only the Finance division but also the broader ANZ business.
Responsibilities
* Controlling, Forecasting & Reporting
o Manage annual budgets and monthly forecasts for Net Sales
o Control and report costs, including trade spend accruals and claims
o Create and manage reporting dashboards
o Explain variances, complete month‐end journals, and influence corrective actions
* Financial Business Partnering
o Support new product and business case development
o Partner with Sales and Marketing to track, analyse, and report KPIs
o Recommend improvements in work methods, processes, and financial practices
* Financial Analytics
o Conduct commercial analysis and forecast modelling
o Provide insights to support promotional activity and ad‐hoc projects
o Enhance decision‐making through data‐driven recommendations
* Compliance & Internal Control
o Ensure adherence to risk, compliance, and internal control guidelines
o Maintain strong financial governance and process integrity
About You
You are a detail‐oriented and analytical professional with a passion for finance and business partnering. With strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, you thrive in cross‐functional environments. Your ability to analyse data, provide insightful reports, and support decision‐making processes makes you an invaluable asset to any team. You are proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to the success of our organisation.
Qualifications
* Relevant experience in a similar role. Experience in an FMCG/Retail environment an advantage.
* Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills
* SAP, Power BI experience is beneficial and prior TTM system knowledge/exposure an advantage
* University accounting degree, major in commerce or accounting
* CA / CPA / CIMA qualified or working towards one of these qualifications.
* Ability to prioritise multiple deliverables and stakeholders within tight timelines.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
