Clinical Nurse Consultant IPCrole atThe Royal Women's Hospital.
Parkville, Melbourne – onsite role with multiple public transport options.
Part time (0.6 FTE), ongoing.
Salary: $116,760.80-$122,907.20 (pro-rata for part time) + salary packaging + super + 5 weeks annual leave.
Responsibilities
Attending organisational huddles and meetings with working groups and clinicians
Auditing and reporting to promote IPC practices and providing education and coaching
Providing IPC recommendations and exposure management
Reviewing staff health, administering vaccinations and managing the cold chain
Consulting the evidence-base and updating frameworks, guidelines and procedures
About You
This role is suited to an approachable, skilled, dedicated and enthusiastic IPC Clinical Nurse Consultant who is at ease communicating both with health consumers and the health workforce.
The successful applicant will have a strong sense of advocacy and will uphold the vision and values at the Women's: courage, passion, discovery and respect.
