We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant to join us in Truganina,Melbourne!
- As the Team Assistant, you will assist the manager / development team in enhancing Stockland's Brand and support in the creation of a strong performing and collaborative team environment to deliver on the State and Project Development priorities.
- This is a permanent full-time role, working 38 hours per week.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Organise and complete support tasks for the Development function such meeting coordination and events
- Complete SAP (payments) and Ariba (procurement) functions on behalf of the Development teams
- Assist the Development teams with contractor and consultant engagement administration
- Monitoring and reporting on purchase order and invoice performance
- Maintain and manage meetings rooms and hot desks at sales/regional offices
- Take a proactive role with Operational Risk compliance processes
- Assist the Project Director's and their Personal Assistants with any workload pressures, including during periods of annual leave (as directed)
- From time to time as required to contribute to the effective operation of the reception function at Head Office
**What are we looking for?**
- Driver's licence preferred (there will be a requirement for this role to travel between sales office/s, head office and home).
- Relevant experience managing supplier payments and associated administration.
- Relevant experience in coordination of events and projects requiring the capability to be flexible in order to meet deadlines.
- Experience using Microsoft Office 365 products and exposure to SAP being highly desirable
