Reception Administration Officer - Residential Aged Care

mecwacare, a leading not-for-profit organization, is seeking an experienced Reception - Administration Officer to provide general administration support.
About the Role
This role will involve:
1. Providing administrative support to the Facility Manager and coordinating the on-site admission process for new residents.
2. Rostering staff and acting as the first point of contact for clients, residents and staff.
Essential Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills including experience liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Demonstrated previous reception and administrative experience, in the Aged Care Sector and/or Residential Services setting.
* Demonstrated experience in Rostering.
* Attention to detail, well developed prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as fast and accurate typing.
* Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all matters.
* Current Victorian Driver's License.
