Management consultant - nsw (sydney)

Phillip Riley is looking for an experienced Management Consultant to join our team in VIC.

• Analyze expenses and costs throughout the process and in production planning and scheduling to proactively lead the internal team and minimise production delays and associated expenses.
• Provide high‐level evaluations to company executive teams for critical decisions on process improvements, opportunities, and strategic direction.
• Guide and advise on strategic direction and initiatives.
• Identify areas requiring improvement, conduct market research and trend analysis, and develop strategies to incorporate emerging technologies.
• Research key target markets and new opportunities using an innovative and intuitive approach.
• Create and document current internal policy manuals and business procedures, ensuring employees have access to comprehensive training and are up‐to‐date with company regulations and safety issues.
• Develop creative solutions for existing clients and pursue new clientele opportunities.
• Provide regular feedback and consulting matters to senior management.

Salary $87,500 – $107,500 per year + Super.
