The role
Phillip Riley is looking for an experienced Management Consultant to join our team in VIC.
Responsibilities
- Analyze expenses and costs throughout the process and in production planning and scheduling to proactively lead the internal team and minimise production delays and associated expenses.
- Provide high‐level evaluations to company executive teams for critical decisions on process improvements, opportunities, and strategic direction.
- Guide and advise on strategic direction and initiatives.
- Identify areas requiring improvement, conduct market research and trend analysis, and develop strategies to incorporate emerging technologies.
- Research key target markets and new opportunities using an innovative and intuitive approach.
- Create and document current internal policy manuals and business procedures, ensuring employees have access to comprehensive training and are up‐to‐date with company regulations and safety issues.
- Develop creative solutions for existing clients and pursue new clientele opportunities.
- Provide regular feedback and consulting matters to senior management.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong problem‐solving ability.
- Excellent teamwork and management skills.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Compensation
Salary $87,500 – $107,500 per year + Super.
Location
In person, Victoria (VIC).
