Job Title: East Coast Field Service Supervisor
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to join our technical team in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our VIC based technical team, coordinating third-party service providers across VIC, NSW & QLD, and managing our VIC workshops.
In this role, you will report to the National Technical Service Manager and oversee the day-to-day leadership of our VIC based technical team. You will also be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations across service delivery, logistics, and workshop productivity.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and support VIC based field technicians and workshop teams
* Manage third-party service providers across VIC, NSW, and QLD to ensure compliance with company standards
* Oversee operations at our VIC workshop to maintain performance and quality
* Oversee the Equipment Control (EQC) register, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across service delivery, logistics, and workshop productivity
* Act as secondary support for West Coast field operations as required
* Ensure customer service excellence through efficient case management and technician dispatch
* Monitor performance metrics and service quality, escalating issues where needed
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service and workshop operations
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in a supervisory or senior technical field services role, ideally within the coffee, hospitality, or equipment industries
* Strong leadership and people management capabilities
* Experience using ServiceMax or a similar service management platform (essential)
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage operations across multiple regions and coordinate remote contractors
* Familiarity with Equipment Control as well as workshop operations
