The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project teams, managing budgets, and ensuring timely project delivery. Key responsibilities include:
1. Taking ownership of luxury retail fit-out projects from conception to completion.
2. Leading a new project team consisting of junior PMs, estimating teams, and senior management.
3. Traveling for site inspections and handovers as required.
