What you'll do:
* Act as a central point of contact for various site operations and communications.
* Coordinate and schedule site activities, including deliveries, maintenance, and contractor access.
* Raise purchase orders.
* Reconciliation of supplier statements and invoices
* Prepare information for new vendor creation and vendor updates
* Arrange one-time payments and credit card payments
* Maintain accurate site records, logs, and documentation (e.g., safety checklists, visitor logs).
* Support the Site Manager with administrative duties, reporting, and project coordination.
* Assist with the management of site resources, including equipment and supplies.
* Inventory tracking and ordering for site-specific needs.
* Ensure adherence to site safety protocols and assist with incident reporting as required.
* Help to resolve minor operational issues and escalate complex problems to management.
What you'll bring:
* Proven experience (3+ years) in a coordination, administrative, or similar operational support role, ideally within a manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environment.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a "can-do" attitude.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team.
* Understanding of basic site safety procedures is highly regarded.
