The Role
* You'll take ownership of road and highway projects, leading teams across all phases from planning through to delivery. These are complex, mid‐tier infrastructure works, typically in the $30M–$50M range, with full support from an experienced senior leadership team.
* Projects are based across the Gympie to Rockhampton region, with flexibility for local candidates or those based in SEQ open to DIDO/FIFO arrangements.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing end‐to‐end delivery of TMR road infrastructure projects
* Leading site teams across bulk earthworks, pavements, drainage and structures
* Driving programme, cost control and commercial outcomes
* Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and subcontractors
* Ensuring compliance with TMR specifications and safety standards
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Project Manager on TMR projects
* Strong background delivering road infrastructure projects
* Experience working on projects in the $30M–$50M range highly advantageous
* Civil Engineering degree (or equivalent) required
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver projects successfully
* Strong commercial and contract management capability
* Based in QLD or open to travel/DIDO/FIFO across regional projects
