Our People Operations Team is looking for a talented and solutions-focused professional to join us as an HR Generalist. This role offers the opportunity to work on various projects and contribute to the development of our company culture.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual who can provide day-to-day employee relations support and coaching to people managers, manage HR casework including performance, absence, grievance, and disciplinary matters, track and analyse HR metrics, offer insights and recommendations, support the delivery of strategic People Team programmes across the employee lifecycle, collaborate with Senior People Business Partners to evolve people processes and drive continuous improvement, and act as a point of escalation for HR Assistants and provide expert HR guidance.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need demonstrable experience in an operational HR role, ideally within a fast-paced industry, excellent understanding of employment law and experience handling sensitive ER issues, analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and act accordingly, proficiency in Microsoft Office, including excellent knowledge of Excel, and a continuous improvement mindset.
