Due to growth, we are looking for a self-motivated and highly organised individual to join our team in a newly created role as our Parts Manager. In this role you will be responsible for the development and the ongoing management of the Branch Store and workshop inventory locations within the Branch, whilst ensuring compliance with the Company's policies, procedures, and operational targets.
Requirements
Key opportunities for this role include:
* Conduct routine tasks to satisfy Branch demands and requirements through the effective management of:
o Receiving stock off purchase orders and transfers
o Receiving stock from PDC - manifest checking
o Inventory transfers to correct inventory location as required Using SJC as reference
* Picking & transferring
* Conduct Weekly/ Monthly branch cycle counts as required by the business to ensure an accurate stock count
* Complete pre-stocktake and six-monthly parts stocktake for the branch store and workshop inventory locations
* Identifying operational improvements and in consultation with the Workshop Manager establishing an action and implementation plan
To be successful in this role you will likely have:
