Fulltime Front Desk Administration / Client Service Officer

About BVSC

Provide exceptional service by welcoming clients, answering queries, and managing appointments.

• Handle incoming phone calls, screen and direct calls, and take messages according to agreed protocols.
• Maintain effective communication with veterinary staff and clients.
• Perform invoicing, payment follow‐ups, and insurance documentation.
• Manage client records and ensure accurate data entry into ezyVet software.
• Work closely with the Client Services Team to improve front‐of‐house operations and assist in training new team members.
• Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Be familiar with veterinary/medical terminology and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a reception or client service role.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, practical problem‐solving abilities, and a compassionate attitude towards animals and their owners.
• Competence in MS Office and familiarity with veterinary practice management software (ezyVet preferred).
• Experience in a Veterinary healthcare setting is highly desirable.
