Service Administrator
for our Brooklyn location. This is a full-time position that offers a high level of independence and the opportunity to work with peers across different sites. If you are a proactive and competent administrator, we want to hear from you.
The Role
Responsibilities
As the Service Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for our Brooklyn site, providing crucial administrative support to our servicing team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling inquiries and quoting for standard servicing.
* Managing payroll administration, including balancing hours and time and attendance.
* Processing work orders from creation to closing.
* Organising contractors and preparing quality documentation for the workshop floor.
* Managing invoices, purchasing non-stock items, and processing purchase orders.
* Performing general reception and visitor management duties.
About You
We're looking for a hands-on administrator with a strong team focus and excellent time management skills. You should be able to coordinate, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You have solid experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and SAP, (preferred but not essential), and you're skilled at building strong working relationships with customers & staff.
