Their reputation has been built on taking on intricate structural and maintenance works, where planning, technical understanding, and strong site leadership actually matter. They are looking for a civil supervisor who finds satisfaction in completing challenging tasks and projects and has concrete, FRP and demolition experience.
The Role & Project
The project, based South of the River, is a $10M maintenance project, where you will lead a team of up to 20 labourers, and suited to someone with a minimum of 5 years site supervising in a similar space. The role will be hands‐on and suited to someone who is used to being involved, and understands strong delivery comes from a strong site culture.
Skills And Experience
* Minimum of 5 years of local experience, working as a civil/site supervisor with predominately bridge construction, maintenance and remediation works.
* Supervisor who understands people management, and aims to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Committed to maintaining a safe workplace, with an understanding of HSEQ principles.
* Proficient in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
