About The Role

As a Manager, Business Architecture, you'll lead ART's Business Architecture capability, ensuring our enterprise design is aligned to strategy, supports effective change delivery, and enables long term value creation.
You'll work at the intersection of strategy, transformation and execution — translating complex objectives into clear capability models, value streams and operating models that drive alignment across people, process and information.
This is a leadership role with impact — guiding business architecture practices across the organisation, leading a team of Business Architects, and partnering closely with operating model, process and enterprise agility leaders to enable strategic outcomes that matter to millions of members.
Day To Day, You'll
* Lead and evolve ART's business architecture frameworks, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and operating model.
* Manage and mentor a team of Business Architects, fostering high performance and continuous improvement.
* Partner with Operating Model Design, Business Process Management and Enterprise Business Agility teams to deliver integrated enterprise design.
* Translate strategy into tangible architecture artefacts, including capability models, value streams and enterprise operating models.
* Provide architectural leadership across major transformation initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment.
* Engage senior stakeholders across the business to embed and leverage business architecture practices.
* Contribute to enterprise planning, sequencing and prioritisation to support strategic decision‐making.
* Ensure architecture practices appropriately embed risk, compliance, regulatory and FAR obligations.
About You
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:
* Strong background in business architecture or enterprise design within complex organisations.
* Deep understanding of capability modelling, value streams and process design.
* Proven people leadership experience, including coaching and mentoring.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Experience working in large‐scale transformation or change environments.
