A highly organised and detail-oriented Business Manager, ANZ to manage the operational requirements of key customer accounts and opportunities. Reporting to the Director of Regional Sales, you'll play a vital role in executing our clients' growth strategies, expanding market presence, and supporting TSI's own growth plans in the years ahead. As the primary liaison between our customers and internal teams, you'll ensure exceptional service delivery, strengthen client relationships, and help drive customer success and satisfaction. This is a full-time onsite position, based in our Pinkenba office.
Key Responsibilities
* Account Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing accounts, ensuring effective communication and meeting stakeholder expectations.
* Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company strategy, leveraging TSI's full product range.
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue targets and strengthen TSI's market presence.
* Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
* Contract Negotiation: Lead contract discussions and finalise agreements with clients.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field (highly desirable)
* Proven experience in a sales or key account management role, ideally within contract manufacturing or complementary medicine
* Demonstrated success in managing and growing key accounts
* Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
* Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills
* Knowledge of pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing processes (desirable)
