This is not a volume builder. This is a business that thrives on technically interesting work – live environments, detailed finishes, stakeholder‐heavy projects and design‐led commercial spaces.
With continued growth and a strong secured pipeline (including repeat institutional clients such as major hospitality groups), they are looking to appoint a Contract Administrator to join their delivery team.
What your day‐to‐day looks like
* Work on technically engaging commercial fitout and adaptive reuse projects
* Be part of a business in genuine growth mode
* Real ownership across procurement, variations and commercial delivery
* Exposure to live environment and design‐driven builds
What we need from you
* 3-5x years as a Contract Administrator with a commercial builder
* Exposure to fitout, refurbishment, commercial or high‐end projects (ideal)
* Strong subcontract letting and variations management capability
* Commercially sharp, organised and detail‐driven
* Looking to grow within a stable but expanding business
* Relevant tertiary degree or equivalent
