As we venture into this exciting phase, we're also expanding our talented team to bring to life a range of unannounced projects.
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead recruitment efforts for the Gameloft Brisbane Studio, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire top talent to support the studio's continued growth. Following the launch of our new Carmen Sandiego game, we are now working on two exciting, unannounced projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams in the gaming industry. With a hands-on approach, you will excel at Gameloft by contributing to various missions, including HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment process, from opening job positions to successfully onboarding new team members, while collaborating with Hiring Managers and stakeholders. Work closely with the Studio Directors to understand recruitment needs across departments and develop customized strategies, particularly in a growing studio. Leverage market insights on salary trends to adjust or create competitive salary bands, ensuring alignment with industry standards. Lead employer branding initiatives with the Communication Specialist to position Gameloft as a top employer in the Australian gaming industry. Opportunity to take part in global recruitment projects and process improvements, contributing to system upgrades and initiatives that optimize recruitment practices. Minimum Qualifications Proven experience in talent acquisition within the games, tech, or creative industries, with the ability to handle and manage multiple positions in a dynamic environment. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to develop effective recruitment strategies. Expertise in sourcing passive talent through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and events, with a focus on attracting high-profile candidates in niche markets. Familiarity with tool environment SmartRecruiters ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday HRIS, Tableau. Understanding of HR practices and local labor laws, including Fair Work regulations. Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role. Hybrid work with 3 days in the office / week. Private Health Insurance and fitness subsidies.
