Key Job Responsibilities
* Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams.
* Document admission and management plans in medical records.
* Assess and manage patients, including effective handover.
* Arrange consultations and liaise with local medical officers.
* Participate in discharge planning and decision-making.
* Attend educational sessions and participate in after-hours on call as required.
The ideal candidate will have three years of postgraduate experience in public hospital service and excellent written and verbal communication skills, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
