Production Operator - Food Manufacturing
We are currently seeking reliable Production Operators to join a well‐established food manufacturing and distribution facility located in Heidelberg West.

Role Details
* Casual role
* Monday to Friday
* 7:00am - 3:00pm
* Approx. 20-37.5 hours per week
* Pay rate: $32.31 per hour + super
Key Responsibilities
* Operating basic food production and packing machinery
* Packing finished products accurately and efficiently
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
* Following all safety procedures and standard operating processes
* Assisting with ingredient preparation and basic mixing (under supervision)
* Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
Skills & Experience
* Previous food production or manufacturing experience preferred, but not essential
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail
* Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 15-20kg
* Reliable, punctual, and safety‐focused
* Able to work effectively under regular supervision in a fast‐paced environment
