Position Overview

As a
Research Analyst
, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights that support strategic decision-making within the company. You will work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and senior leadership, to conduct research and create reports that help guide business and market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

* Data Collection & Analysis
: Conduct primary and secondary research, including surveys, interviews, market data analysis, and competitor analysis. Collect quantitative and qualitative data from a variety of sources, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
* Report Creation
: Prepare and present comprehensive research reports, summarizing key findings, trends, and insights. Translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
* Market & Industry Trends
: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Provide insights and forecasts that help shape business strategies.
* Survey Design & Implementation
: Design, develop, and distribute surveys, questionnaires, and other tools for data collection. Analyze survey results and present findings in a digestible format.
* Data Visualization
: Use tools like
Excel
,
Tableau
,
Power BI
, or similar to visualize data and create easy-to-understand charts, graphs, and dashboards.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration
: Work with internal teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to identify research needs and deliver insights that support specific initiatives and projects.
* Market Segmentation & Customer Insights
: Conduct customer and market segmentation studies to identify target audiences, customer needs, and behavior patterns.
* Benchmarking
: Benchmark performance and strategies against competitors, highlighting areas of strength and opportunities for growth.
* Predictive & Trend Analysis
: Analyze historical data and current market trends to forecast future outcomes and provide actionable recommendations.
* Data Integrity & Quality
: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of research data. Regularly update databases and information sources to maintain the reliability of research insights.

Key Requirements

* Bachelor's degree
in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a
Research Analyst
or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative.
* Experience using
data analysis
tools like
Excel
,
SPSS
,
R
,
SAS
, or
Python
for statistical analysis.
* Proficiency in
data visualization
tools such as
Tableau
,
Power BI
, or similar platforms.
* Strong ability to conduct
market research
, competitor analysis, and customer behavior studies.
* Excellent
analytical skills
with the ability to interpret complex data and derive insights that drive business decisions.
* Strong
attention to detail
and the ability to work with large datasets.
* Excellent
written and verbal communication
skills, with the ability to present findings in a clear, concise, and actionable way.
* Strong
problem-solving skills
, with the ability to identify patterns and trends in data.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with
