About the role: Health Practitioner - As the Director of the Reliability and Health Care Standards Team, you will lead system-wide assurance and adherence processes across all relevant health care standards, including NSQHS and Strengthened Aged Care Standards for Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service. You will provide expert leadership in accreditation, clinical standards, quality, and audit governance, ensuring the organisation remains assessment-ready and delivers safe, reliable, and culturally responsive care. Nursing - The Assistant Nursing Director of Reliability and Health Care Standards provides contemporary operational and professional leadership for the Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service. The role shapes clinical and corporate governance; and provides the coordination of service delivery, human and material management, expertise in health care team communication and highly developed data analysis to deliver safe, quality, effective and efficient healthcare provision. About you: * Nurse Grade 10 - Bachelor of Nursing/Midwifery or equivalent Qualification is a mandatory qualification for this position if seeking employment in this capacity. * Health Practitioner - Mandatory possession of an Allied Health qualification from a registered tertiary institution. * Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with a current annual practicing certificate is essential. * While not mandatory, a relevant postgraduate qualification in the appropriate field would be well regarded. What we offer: Total remuneration value of up to $192,006 p.a. is comprised of: * An hourly rate between $80.95 - $84.87 p.h. (NRG) * An hourly rate between $81.47 - $84.33 p.h.
