Supply Chain Coordinator
The role of Supply Chain Coordinator is a vital part of our inventory success story. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in ensuring the right stock gets to the right place, at the right time, every time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage inventory across a national distribution network
* Raise and manage local and international purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness
* Oversee overseas shipments (ETDs, ETAs, damages/shorts), landed cost calculations and container receipting
* Monitor inventory health and execute stock transfers across warehouses
* Analyze supply insights through BI Tool (Phocas) and support data-driven decisions
* Collaborate with suppliers, freight partners, warehouses and internal teams
* Identify excess or obsolete stock and recommend actions
* Contribute to annual business priorities while achieving key KPIs around fill rates, inventory targets, cost management, and data accuracy
To be successful in this role, you will require 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, inventory planning or supply chain roles. A proven track record of maintaining optimal stock levels while hitting performance metrics is essential. You will also need strong ERP and planning system experience, high attention to detail, excellent planning skills and commercial awareness.
