The Role

As an Administrator, this role will see you utilizing your data entry skills whilst processing all incoming and outgoing bookings for the team. This role requires a positive, mature outlook and a friendly, outgoing character with excellent IT skills. Previous experience doing administration in a corporate environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities

* Keeping the database accurate and up to date
* Handle all incoming enquiries
* Follow up on bookings received
* Distribute and sort mail
* Produce labels and reports
* Ordering catering for events
* Proactively support a safe working environment in the office/reception area

Key Skills

* MS suite and internet navigation, intermediate level
* Experience with a CRM
* Online bookings
* Administration Experience
* University Graduate Desirable
