We are seeking an experienced Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This is a pivotal role within our business, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of shipping operations and international logistics.
As the Shipping & Logistics Coordinator, you will oversee all aspects of the shipping process, from liaising with global clients and shipping companies to managing documentation, insurance, and compliance requirements. The position requires a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple time zones.
This position will be based at our Adelaide head office.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate with overseas clients, shipping companies, subordinate mines, and external service providers daily.
Manage shipping documentation including Letters of Credit, insurance for ocean shipments, and contractual clauses.
Ensure timely and accurate organization of sales data and generate reports tailored to business requirements.
Monitor shipping schedules, resolve logistics issues, and maintain strong relationships with global partners.
Uphold compliance with relevant trade, shipping, and insurance regulations.
What You Will Bring

Solid knowledge of the shipping business, payment methods in international trade (LC, T/T, D/P), and ocean shipment insurance.
