Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, onsite position focused on coordinating and scheduling installations across solar, battery, and hot water systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Confirming future availability of installation teams
* Rescheduling appointments for the week/day directly with customers
* Recruiting electricians and plumbers nationally
* Answering inbound telephone calls & texts with customers, installers and nationwide sales teams
* Regular confirmations & rearrangement negotiations
* Resolving issues as they arise
* Reaching resolutions by defusing and reassuring sometimes frustrated customers and contractors
About You
* Minimum 1+ years relevant experience (scheduling, project management, BDM)
* Customer service experience
* Great communication skills - ability to talk to tradies and explain expectations
* Love working in a fast-paced environment where innovations happen instantly
* Motivated and willing to learn
* Excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize
* Tech Savvy and commercially astute
* Currently residing in the Northern Rivers/Gold Coast region (able to commute to our Byron Bay office Monday-Friday)
* Australian Permanent Resident and/or full working rights are essential
Bonus Points
* Experience dealing with contractors or trades (Highly regarded)
* Experience negotiating trading terms or contracts
* Salesforce experience
* Experience using Google Sheets or Excel
