What your day will look like....
You'll guide a passionate team of health professionals as you coordinate service delivery across geriatric, rehabilitation and stroke care. Your role will balance strategic planning with hands-on leadership, overseeing workforce planning, budgets, service development and quality improvement initiatives. Expect to collaborate with clinical directors, health partners and executive leaders as you refine service models, lead innovation and ensure clients receive integrated, high-quality care. With a strong focus on evidence-based practice, research, and staff development, your impact will be felt in every step of the patient journey.
