About the role
Calling all proactive and organised Sales Assistant/PA to join a dynamic team, while working alongside one of the best real estate agents in WA. This full-time role will provide critical administrative and sales support to a high-performing agent, assisting them with everything from pre-listings through to settlement, ensuring a smooth process for both buyers and sellers.
What you'll be doing
* Diary management, listing paperwork and other sale related administrative tasks
* Preparing CMA's and processing sales documents and contracts
* Uploading new listings across all real estate platforms
* Coordinating marketing such as photography, signage, styling and floor plans
* Liaising with clients, suppliers and other team members to ensure a seamless selling and buying process
* Providing exceptional customer service all times
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a sales assistant, personal assistant or similar administrative role, ideally within a real estate or property sales environment.
* A current WA Real Estate registration and reliable vehicle.
* Strong organisation, time management and communication skills.
* Proficient in using real estate software
