We are known for our heart-led management approach, strong compliance frameworks, and high-performance leasing and management systems. As our WA portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Leasing / Field Agent to join our South Perth team.
About the Role
This is a full-time, field-based role ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, working with people, and playing a key role in minimising vacancy and maintaining presentation standards across a portfolio.
You will be the on-site representative for Invida, supporting leasing activity, inspections, compliance checks, and reporting, while working closely with Property Managers and our admin team.
A company vehicle is provided, along with performance-based bonuses linked to leasing outcomes and portfolio support.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct property viewings and open inspections
* Meet and greet prospective residents and provide application access
* Refer leasing queries back to the Property Manager
* Complete entry, exit and routine inspection reports
* Identify and report maintenance and compliance issues
* Ensure house rules are clearly displayed and adhered to
* Update and complete tasks in PropertyMe
* Liaise with Property Managers regarding follow-ups and inspections
* Collect and replace inventory items as required
* Maintain availability in Inspect Real Estate (IRE)
* Attend training sessions and team meetings as required
About You
Essential:
* Current WA Real Estate Registration Certificate (Sales Rep)
* Current unrestricted driver's licence
* Professional presentation and strong communication skills
* Experience conducting inspections and/or property viewings
* Reliable, organised, and process-driven
* Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
Desirable (training provided):
* Experience using PropertyMe and/or Inspect Real Estate
* Exposure to residential or co-living property management
